At Polly’s Pancake Parlor in Sugar Hill, the maple syrup flows like water, the view of the White Mountains is spectacular, and the pancakes are amazing. Open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. until the last full weekend in October. Take 1-93 north to exit 38, take a left off the exit and go right on Route 18. Take the next right onto 117. Polly’s will be on the left. Call 823-5575, ext. 16.
